Music. Art. Storytelling. AI. Latin power. Two nights at the Miami Beach Bandshell.
The Tribeca Festival announced its highly anticipated return to Art Basel Miami Beach, celebrating its fourth edition with two nights of genre-bending live performances, presented by Google Gemini.
This December 5–6, the iconic Miami Beach Bandshell becomes a cultural hotspot where music, art, tech, and storytelling collide during the most electric week of Miami.
This year’s program puts the spotlight on emerging artists redefining contemporary culture:
Friday, December 5 — Monsieur Periné + DJ Cucu
The Bogotá-based, Latin Grammy-nominated ensemble brings its joyful fusion of Latin swing, jazz, pop, cumbia y bolero, turning the Bandshell into a warm, cinematic dance floor.
Opening set by Cucu (Ear Candy), one of Miami’s most respected music curators.
Saturday, December 6 — Hermanos Gutiérrez + DJ Jitwam
The instrumental duo returns with its cosmic, spiritual and hypnotic guitar sound—described by Rolling Stone as “hallucinogenic energy.”
Jitwam opens with a global mix of house, soul, jazz and psychedelia.
More performances and special guests will be announced in the coming weeks.
A Special ESPN x Tribeca Event (Invitation-Only)
Tribeca and ESPN will co-host an exclusive sneak preview of two new short films highlighting stories at the intersection of sports and the Latino community.
The screening will be followed by a conversation with the directors, moderated by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Rudy Valdez.
A Message from Tribeca
“Tribeca was founded on the belief that storytelling connects communities,” said Vincent Cassous, Head of Music Programming at Tribeca Festival. “At Art Basel Miami Beach, we’re celebrating the emerging artists and musicians who are reshaping the cultural landscape—right in one of the most vibrant creative cities in the world.”
A Partnership That Grows Every Year
This marks the fourth year of Tribeca’s collaboration with Art Basel Miami Beach, the leading art fair in the Americas, taking place December 5–7, 2025, with VIP preview days on December 3 and 4.
Tribeca’s program has already become a staple of Miami’s December cultural agenda, with past appearances by Robert De Niro, JR, Camila Cabello, Chance the Rapper, Flying Lotus, Domi & JD Beck, Yussef Dayes, Magdalena Bay, and Eartheater.
“We’re delighted to partner with Tribeca once again,” said Bridget Finn, Director of Art Basel Miami Beach. “Their thoughtful programming mirrors the exceptional caliber our audiences expect—connecting the next generation of voices across art, film, and music.”
Google Gemini Photobooth: AI Meets Retro Miami
Attendees will also experience the Google Gemini Photobooth—an IRL booth where guests can snap a picture, apply AI-powered styles, and print a custom photo strip.
Powered by Gemini’s newest image-editing model, Nano Banana, the photobooth blends nostalgia with next-gen creativity.
After Basel, it will pop up at universities, concerts, and cultural stops around the U.S.
